Fender American Standard Telecaster 2012 - Natural [Used]

Honestly, out of the many Fender Telecasters we've had pass through our doors for an exchange or used sale, I (Jon here... hello!) think this is very much up there as one of the best. I'm a huge T-style lover... but I know their pitfalls all too well... this example does away with a couple of the worst offenders!

It boasts a beautiful combination of old-school T type specs with a couple of modern tweaks just to improve the experience including a 6 saddle T-tray, so you can intonate it more precisely and a rear comfort contour that does away with that "blocky" feel of a T-type. This particular model pairs a vintage style custom shop bridge pickup giving you "what-it-says-on-the-tin" telecaster bridge tones BUT it pairs that with their Twisted Tele neck pickup, which is a bit hotter and a wee bit closer to a Strat neck pickup so just adds an extra sprinkle of versatility. The natural ash body looks gorgeous and I'm glad to say that it doesn't have the frightening weight of some ash bodies. I think the comfort contour is helping there!

Condition-wise - it looks fantastic. There are no major marks to note except the usual light scratching on the pickguard.

Comes with a moulded plastic Fender hardcase and all the paperwork... and as usual will also have Chris' bespoke setup!
