At Guitar Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully repack the instrument in its original shipping box with all included accessories, manuals, and protective packaging to ensure safe transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
